Re-forming a failed rainwater outlet through a parapet with new reinforced dressing.
Challenging details
Old outlet had failed at the corners - the single most common cause of flat-roof leaks.
Solution
Membrane cut back, reinforcement patches bonded around the outlet and full waterproof collar re-formed.
Finished result
A permanent, tested outlet detail - the small work that saves the whole roof.
