Common questions

Can liquid roofing be applied over my old roof?

Often yes, provided the existing roof is sound and dry. We inspect first and only recommend it where it is the correct choice.

How long does it last?

Service life depends on the specific system, thickness and exposure. We will be specific about the system we propose for your roof rather than quoting a blanket figure.

Is it walkable?

Many systems can be specified for foot traffic. Tell us how the area is used and we will spec accordingly.
